Jose served our country in the U.S. Army, where discipline and follow-through weren’t optional, they were life-or-death. After his service, he spent over two decades helping major companies streamline operations, optimize teams, and scale into nine-figure growth as a Chief Sales Officer.
But eventually, Jose wanted to build something more tangible, something grounded. That’s when Vaquero Landworks was born.
Today, we exist to restore trust in site prep through structure, clear communication, and a standard of professionalism that’s rare in the field. Because progress doesn’t happen by accident.
